Lovelace Studios will collaborate with you to design a space or spaces with furniture and finishes that speak to a beautiful aesthetic that suits your lifestyle, giving you access to bespoke and vintage, modern and classic design elements in Memphis and beyond. Whether one room or your whole home Lovelace Studios will design each space with intention and details that make your home unique to you. FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
Lovelace Studios will create, design, manage, and style your home from start to finish for new construction and renovations. Our full-service interior design service streamlines our collaborative process and unique vision to meet design goals, timelines, and create something that can never be replicated. Lovelace Studios manages the design process by detailing out the timeline from the very beginning so the client never feels out of the loop. Comprehensive presentations of selections and furnishing will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure no small detail falls through the cracks. Whether building your new home or renovating your existing home the process doesn’t have to feel daunting if you have the right partner to guide you through.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
Thorough review of Lovelace Studios Design Agreement and Design Fee. Discussion of the Project Flow for embarking on a project with Lovelace Studios. Potential Clients will walk away from this meeting with a full understanding of what to expect when working with Lovelace Studios.
Signed agreement and design fee receipt after this meeting are needed to continue the process.
SIX
INSTALLATION
Happy day! The Design Vision is ready to come to life. Installation will be broken up into two parts. Phase 1 will be installation of “attached” items; wallpaper, paint, and lighting. Phase 2 will be all other items furniture, rugs, window coverings, art, etc.

TRADE PARTNERS ON SITE
Once the Design Agreement has been signed and Design Fee received Lovelace Studios and any needed Trade Partners (wallpaper installers, painters, seamstress, etc.) will be on site taking measurements and photos as needed. Measurements of any “client owned” furniture that will be used in the design will also be recorded on this day.
SEVEN
PROJECT FINISH UP
Lovelace Studios along with the client will identify any areas that require additional styling or items and work towards finishing out any additional needs in the weeks following install.

DESIGN VISION
Now we’re getting to the fun part! Through a series of meetings commencing 2 weeks after Trade Partner On Site, Lovelace Studios will present the vision for the project. Including all furniture, finishes (can include tile, cabinet styles, etc. if part of project), window coverings, wall coverings, paint, lighting, etc.
Revisions to the Design Vision will be made in agreed upon time frame between Lovelace Studios and Client
EIGHT
PHOTOGRAPHY
Lovelace Studios will work with the client to find two dates that are convenient for styling (day 1) and photography (day 2). Lovelace Studios will come in and professionally style out the home with accessories and fresh floral the day before the photographer is scheduled to come and capture beautiful images of the project for use on social media and press.

PROCUREMENT & CREATION
Once the Design Vision is finalized Lovelace Studios will order all of the items agreed upon from the Design Vision and tracks the progress of these items weekly. Lovelace Studios also works with Trade Partners to create any one-of-a-kind items from the Design Vision.
Clients will be updated weekly on the Procurement & Creation Process. Site Visits will be performed as needed.
